Booking process

Services to be provided by GeoModes 

When you purchase a GeoModes Service through the GeoModes website you will receive e-mail confirmation once you have completed your booking. It will state what Service/s have been booked, the total cost including VAT (where appropriate) and any delivery charges, together with delivery and invoice details. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, you will be notified as soon as is practicable.

We will send you a confirmation email when your booking has been successfully placed. No contract for the sale of a Service will exist between you and us until such booking confirmation email has been sent. The confirmation e-mail is an acceptance by us of your offer to buy the GeoModes Service(s). Where a booking is to be provided in instalments for a set and agreed period of time, any GeoModes Service which forms part of the booking, whether provided or is yet to be provided, will form part of our contract with you. You must check that the details on this confirmation e-mail are correct as soon as possible and notify us of any errors at [email protected] immediately. You are responsible for ensuring your details are accurate and error free. GeoModes will not be liable for such errors under no circumstances. 

In the case of Services provided in a digital format, including but not limited to digital certificates, you are strictly prohibited from attempting to extract any element of the document and from editing or creating a new document based on the digital product. Orders for Products to be fulfilled by a third party (“Third Party Products”)

Orders for products to be provided by a third party (“Third Party Products”)

In addition to GeoModes’ products and Services, from time to time we may offer Third-Party Products for sale through our website, including, but not restricted to books and e-books.

If you purchase any Third Party Products through the GeoModes website, you acknowledge that GeoModes is administering your order solely for the purpose of taking payment and forwarding your order request to the third-party provider. This is for your ease of use. Please note that GeoModes does not have possession of any Third Party Products listed or sold through the GeoModes website and is not involved in the actual transaction between you and the third party seller. The contract for the sale of any Third Party Products is between you and the third party seller. You acknowledge that no contract for the sale of any Third Party Products will exist at any point between you and us. All orders for Third Party Products will be subject to the terms of the third party seller and as notified to you by that third party once you have placed your order. When placing an order for any Third Party Products, you agree that any information you provide to us in connection with your order may be shared with the third party seller for your order to be processed. 

Product Descriptions

The images of any products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display the colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that the colours of the products will be accurately reflected by your computer’s display of the colours. Please note the colours of any products ordered may vary slightly from the images displayed.

Meaning of “Unlimited Access” 

If you purchase a Service, you will (subject to third party licensing restrictions set out below) be able to access all the materials associated with the Service including your progress, comments, and conversations during the provision of the Service at geomodes.com for as long as the Service exists on GeoModes.

These rights of access are subject to third party licensing restrictions. This means, that if a Service includes materials which are not owned by GeoModes, but instead are subject to a third party licence, those materials will be available for as long as the third party licence is in place. If and when that licence terminates, you will still have access to any other materials for that Service, but the third party content will no longer be available to you.

Price and Delivery

The price of any Service booked through our website will be as quoted on the website (as amended from time to time).

The prices quoted for the Service and any certificates include VAT and any delivery costs. The total amount due will be confirmed before you place your order.

Listed prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect any booking that you have already placed prior to the amendment taking effect.

Unless otherwise stated, GeoModes and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on geomodes.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from geomodes.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these Terms.

You must not:

• Sell, rent or sub-license material from geomodes.com
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from geomodes.com

The Exclusive Members Community on the website offers

GeoModes members an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information (“Comments”). GeoModes does not filter, edit, publish or review members’ Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of GeoModes, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posted their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, GeoModes shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

GeoModes reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or is in breach of these Terms.

As a member of the GeoModes community, you warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
• The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
• The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy;
• Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant GeoModes a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval:

• Online directory distributors may link to our website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

No use of GeoModes’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking in the absence of a trademark license agreement.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

Content liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your website. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libellous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You agree to immediately remove all links to our website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our website that you consider offensive or inappropriate, you are free to contact and inform us. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
