The “Enhancing Project Delivery” course explores the most crucial spectrum of competencies needed for becoming an effective leader in PM domain such as adaptability, innovative mindset and emotional intelligence.

The course then continues with studying these capabilities in the tangible business context considering current global energy trends. The aspects such energy transition, digital transformation and agile revolution as well as technological innovation and entrepreneurship will define strategies for unpredictable future.

Finally, the direct application of these new leadership skills and capabilities is presented at the project level. The effect of the energy trends on project frameworks, structures and processes is also investigated so it can be applied at work.

This dynamic course consists of three main domains:

  1. Project Governance

Finally, the course emphasizes the practical application of newly acquired leadership skills and strategic insights at the project level. Students will investigate how emerging energy trends and transformations affect project frameworks, structures, and processes, equipping them to implement these concepts immediately in their professional environments.
